1. Eligibility
To join Enissay Community, you must be at least 16 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and agree to follow all rules and policies.
2. Accounts and Membership
- Each user may only create one account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
3. Subscriptions and Points
- Subscriptions are paid using points (1,500 points/month).
- Members earn points by publishing content and interacting with others.
- If you don’t earn enough points, you may renew your subscription manually for $3 via PayPal.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
4. Referral Program
- You earn $0.20/month for every active referral (up to 5 levels deep).
- Any abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, etc.) may result in account suspension.
5. Payouts
- Payouts are available once your balance reaches $20 or more.
- All payouts are made via PayPal only.
- Enissay reserves the right to delay or deny payouts in case of suspicious activity.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post illegal, offensive, or misleading content
- Harass or impersonate other members
- Abuse bugs or exploit the system
We reserve the right to remove any content or ban any user who violates these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
- You retain full ownership of the content you post.
- By posting on Enissay, you grant us the right to use, promote, and display your content within the platform.
- Do not copy or use other users’ content without permission.
8. Ads and Monetization
- Enissay.com is monetized through ads and sponsorships.
- We may display ads next to your content.
- You are not entitled to a share of the ad revenue unless explicitly stated.
9. Changes to the Service
We may update or remove features at any time without notice. We will do our best to communicate major updates to our users.
10. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Attempt to cheat the system
- Harm the community in any way

Enissay Community is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We are not responsible for any loss of earnings, delays, or technical issues.
